Customer Service Desk

Located in the Fashion Mall our friendly Customer Service Staff will be happy to assist you with a range of services from Gift Cards and directions to wheelchair hire and lost property.

Gift Cards

What do you get the person that has everything?  A choice of anything!  Midland Gate Gift Cards are available in any amount from the Customer Service Desk and are redeemable at most of our 180 stores (excludes Ace Cinemas, Big W, Coles, Kmart, Kmart Tyre & Auto, Target and Woolworths).  Gift cards are also available for purchase online.

Wheelchairs

For your convenience, Midland Gate Shopping Centre has wheelchairs available from our Customer Service Desk.  In order to hire a wheelchair you will need to provide us with identification such as a Drivers Licence or Health Care Card.  For more information or advance bookings please call Customer Service on 08 9250 3688.

Parents Rooms

Midland Gate Shopping Centre has three Parent's Rooms, located in the Fresh Food Mall, Food Court and the Fashion Precinct. 

Toilets

Toilets are conveniently located throughout the Centre, in the Fresh Food Mall, Food Court and Fashion Precinct.  All toilets have facilities for the mobility impaired.
